1. No Cancellation Policy
- Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.
- As most of our products involve exclusive designs, limited stock, or customization, orders are processed immediately after confirmation.
2. Return Policy (3 Days Only)
- Returns are accepted strictly within 3 days of delivery.
- Returns are only applicable in case of damaged, defective, or incorrect product received.
- Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
3. Non-Returnable Items
- Customized or made-to-order products.
- Products purchased under Limited Edition or special sale.
- Items that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery.
4. No Refund Policy
- We do not offer any refunds under any circumstances.
- Approved returns will be processed for exchange or store credit only, subject to product availability.
5. Return Process
- Customers must report the issue within 3 days of delivery via email.
- Clear images or videos of the product must be shared as proof.
- Once approved, return instructions will be provided.
6. Important Notes
- Slight color variations may occur due to lighting or screen settings and are not considered defects.
- Handcrafted products may have minor irregularities, which are part of their unique nature.
- The Company reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet the above conditions.
