1. Ordering Process
- Orders can be placed through our website.
- All orders are subject to availability and confirmation.
- For customized or bespoke products, complete design details must be provided.
- Design previews (if applicable) will be shared for approval before production.
2. Pricing and Payment
- All prices listed are in INR (₹) and are subject to change without prior notice.
- Full or partial advance payment may be required to confirm orders.
- Additional charges may include shipping, customization, or urgent processing fees.
- Taxes will be applied as per applicable laws.
3. Delivery and Shipping
- Delivery timelines vary depending on product type (ready-to-ship or customized).
- Estimated delivery time will be shared during order confirmation.
- Shipping charges may apply unless otherwise specified.
- The Company is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen circumstances.
4. Return, Exchange & Replacement Policy
- Returns or exchanges are accepted within 2 days of delivery for non-customized products (only in case of damage or defects).
- Customized or made-to-order products are non-returnable and non-refundable.
- Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with packaging.
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 10–15 working days after inspection.
5. Product Quality & Disclaimer
- We strive to ensure accurate product images and descriptions; however, slight variations in color or design may occur due to lighting and screen differences.
- Handcrafted and artisanal products may have minor irregularities, which are part of their uniqueness.

The Company’s liability is limited to the value of the purchased product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
10. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement (only for non-customized products).
- Customized or processed orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.
11. Dispute Resolution
All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of New Delhi, India, and resolved in accordance with Indian laws.
12. Amendments
The Company reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
